1. Application must be completed and submitted to the Manager of Public Relations at least 30 days before event or deadline.
2. Event/organization must be in the Solarus service area.
3. Event/organization must fit with the mission and value drivers of Solarus.
4. The event/organization must make a positive impact on the community it serves.
5. There must be an opportunity to recognize Solarus at the event.
