Marketing Opt-Out

Due to the nature of our business, Solarus has access to data regarding what services you use, as well as the amount and type of usage. This data is called Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).

Under federal law, you have the right, and Solarus has the duty, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. We are committed to keeping your CPNI data confidential and will not share it with anyone outside the company without a formal request from you or unless required by law. Regardless, we are required to notify you of your right to approve or deny our use of this information when communicating with you.

Occasionally, we would like to use your CPNI to communicate service updates, special offers, or new products and service information. Approval or denial will not affect any services you already receive from us. However, your approval would enhance our ability to share pertinent information about your service.

Should you wish to deny receiving these informational or promotional offers, you may choose to Opt Out by completing the form below. You only need to respond if you DO NOT want Solarus to use your CPNI. Your decision will remain effective for two years or until you revoke or limit such approval or denial. If you have previously opted out, no action is required. If you do not have an opt out record on file, it will be understood that you grant us approval to use your CPNI.
