Logging In/Out of MailHelper
How to Log Into MailHelper
- Ensure you are at the login screen shown below. To reach this screen, ensure you are at the following URL: http://mailhelper.solarus.net
- Enter your E-mail Address into the field provided. For example, sample@solarus.biz.
- Enter the Password for the e-mail address you entered in Step 3 into the Password field.
- If you would like Windows to remember the password associated with the E-mail Address you entered so you do not have to enter the Password in the future, press the Remember Me button.
- Press the Login button to enter MailHelper.
How to Log Out of MailHelper
There are two ways to log out of MailHelper:
Log out of MailHelper from the Log Out button at the top of the screen.
- Locate the Log Out button (shown below) at the top of the MailHelper screen.
- Click the Log Out button to exit MailHelper.
Log out of MailHelper from the Log Out button at the bottom of the screen.
- Locate the Log Out button (shown below) at the bottom of the MailHelper screen.
- Click the Log Out button to exit MailHelper.
Using MailHelper
Viewing Quarantined Messages
You may view e-mails which have been quarantined by MailHelper at any time and from any computer by using the following steps.
- Log In to MailHelper.
- If MailHelper has any quarantined messages which have not been deleted, you will see them displayed in a list as shown below.
